CourseCore provides an online platform that facilitates educational sponsorship between investors and Kenyan students. Our services include:

• Managing course packages and sponsorship programs
• Providing access to accredited tech bootcamps and courses
• Tracking student progress and educational outcomes
• Facilitating transparent reporting on investment impact

CourseCore operates in strict compliance with Kenyan education laws and regulations:

• Basic Education Act (2013): Ensuring all educational content meets national standards
• TVET Act (2013): Compliance with technical and vocational education requirements
• KNEC Regulations: Adherence to Kenya National Examinations Council guidelines
• Data Protection Act: Protecting student and investor personal information
• Private Education Regulations: Meeting requirements for private education providers

All financial transactions on CourseCore are conducted in compliance with Kenyan financial regulations:

• CourseCore is not liable for individual student academic outcomes
• Investment returns are not guaranteed and depend on student success

• Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Kenyan law
• Users agree to resolve disputes through appropriate legal channels

CourseCore may terminate services in compliance with applicable laws:

• Violation of these terms or applicable laws
• Failure to comply with educational or financial regulations
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations
• Upon user request, subject to regulatory compliance

These terms are governed by Kenyan law and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Kenyan legal procedures:
